The Eat2Flow has no dietetic restrictions, and is intended for the general population. Should you have special feeding needs, metabolic or gastrointestinal diseases, your diet prescription or doctors orders will remain. You must consult your doctor or dietician before doing any changes to your medical dietary routine.
You are welcome to use the best of E2F principles with your medical dietician or your doctor. There is no one diet fits all, nutrition is highly personalized science, and health comes first.

WHAT KIND OF EAT2FLOW PROGRAMMES EXIST?

There is a single Eat2Flow programme and adopting it is a process. The level of practicing varies from beginners, intermediate practicioners to advanced level practicioners and professional athletes. There is a 4-week SummerFlow intense practicing, ideal for vacations.
It is important to emphasize, that we will be adding new Eat2Flow , shorter and longer, on every training level. So You will always have fresh and various B2F programmes in the offer.

HOW TO EAT FOR THE BORN2FLOW TRAINING?

We strongly recommend to prepare your meals for the B2F Flow training. E2F has a special section on what to eat before and after you train. Also, the days when you are not training are also covered, as well as the B2F level is appropriately tuned to how you should eat when advancing B2F. The foods are easy to find in your local grocerie market, but do consider shopping at farmers market or larger fresh food markets as a weekly benefit.
