FRESH START FLOW

This program is a good starting point for begginers and for everyone who feelsthat way. This program will unlock you and make you feel more mobile, flexible and powerfull.

Who Is It F0r?

The programme is implemented 8 week and it is suitable for beginners, as well as intermediate and advanced level practitioners. You can stop if you like anytime, and than continue with your own progression (level up) and regression (level down).
For advanced practitioners we recommend to try our  Advanced Flow.

Fresh Start Flow Description:

This is our original, 8-week programme, ideal for getting you fit – you can start anytime you like!
You can do it at your home, in the park, on a meadow, in a hotel room, on the terrace…wherever You want! You just need 15-30 min a day, ideally early morning before breakfast or in the evening during sunset!
Tip for beginners: repeat Fresh Start Flow once.
Tip for intermediate level practitioners: repeat Fresh Start Flow twice.
Tip for advanced level practitioners level: repeat Fresh Start Flow thrice.

Fresh Start Flow Outcomes:

This program will unlock you, you will be more mobile, flexible and more powerful. Listen to your body and when you feel that you are ready, take a step further towards our intermediate program!
