Our personal training program – ON LINE PERSONAL TRAINER, is a combination of our original, functional training programs Born2Flow & Hard body, They are ideally connected and supplemented by various breathing techniques, which are part of our program Breathe2Flow.
Your first training begins with an initial ZOOM ON LINE conversation, and a joint goal definition (long-term and phased).
At the beginning and end of each training cycle (3, 6 and 12 months), we perform initial, transitive and final measurements, as well as anthropometric measurements.
Your success and personal satisfaction, in addition to achieving your personal goal, is also our goal, which fulfills and makes us happy!
