Who is Small Flows for?
They are suitable for beginners as well as for intermediate and advanced level exercisers. You can stop if you want at any time and then continue with your own progression / progression (level up) and regression (level lower).
For advanced exercisers, we recommend trying our Advanced Flow.

These are small, short Flow trainings, and a special feature and additional benefit is that we offer you, through our TRAINING ZONE on our HARD BODY WORKOUT yYou tube channel, new, additional, free flow trainings every week!
Also, you can choose for yourself Born2Flow – exercises only with your own body, as well as an additional benefit – Hard body 2.0 Nex Gen – small flow trainings, which are a combination of your own body and weights!
They are ideal for achieving mobility and functionality – you can run them whenever you want!
You can practice them at home, in the park, on the meadow, in the hotel room, on the terrace… wherever you want! You only need 5 – 10 – 15 minutes a day, ideally early in the morning before breakfast or in the evening during sunset!
For our short flow trainings / rounds, there is no special program. You can practice them separately, as well as a supplement to one of our Flow programs. They are also ideal for honing the technique of performing certain exercises. Choose by feeling whatever, and whenever it suits you and – Let it Flow!
