Who Is It For?
The programme is implemented 10 week and it is suitable for beginners, as well as intermediate and advanced level practitioners. You can stop if you like anytime, and than continue with your own progression (level up) and regression (level down).
For advanced practitioners we recommend to try our Advanced Flow.
Spring Flow Description:
This is our original, 10-week programme, ideal for getting you fit after the winter or annytime you like!
You can do it at your home, in the park, on a meadow, in a hotel room, on the terrace…wherever You want! You just need 20-30 min a day, ideally early morning before breakfast or in the evening during sunset.
Test your progres with Panthera Crowl Challenge at the begining, during and at the end of the Spring Flow program.

With our Born2Flow Spring Flow you will unlock your body, rapidly uplift the level of your mobility, strength, coordination. The goal of this program is to achieve the flexibility and endurance of a Panthera!
Start from a little Kitty and move all the way up to a Panthera level!
Test yourself with Panthera Crowl Challenge at the begining, during and at the end of the Flow program.

00:00 – 01:30 minutes – Kitty level – weel, we have just getting started with small, baby steps…
01:30 – 03:00 minutes – Young cat level – good shape
03:00 – 04:30 minutes – Cat level – very good shape
04:30 – 06:00 minutes – Tom Cat – excellent shape
06:00 minutes & more – You have become a Panthera! Congratulations – you are in fantastic shape – you are feeling bulletproof!
