In the Advanced Flow, every Flow lasts at least twice as long as previous Intermediate level – cca 35 minutes. Do you think this is not enough? Dive with us into Advanced Flow and Your mobility, strength, coordination as well as definition and condition, will reach the level which you have not even dreamed of achieving!
This 12-week programme can be repeated several times in a row, and with every new cicle you will feel the benefits!
How to perform Advanced Flow:
Our recommendation is to implement the Advanced Flow program for 12 weeks, by combining week A and week B. Flow in this rhythm for 12 weeks. Adjust the flow in the day to your daily rhythm.
At the beginning and end of the 12-week Advanced Flow program, do our Born2Flow – Let it Flow!, as well as our Panthera Crowl Challenge, as an initial and final test. Compare your feeling and result in these two tests. If you are going to be a regular, we are confident that your level of functionality and mobility will be impressive!
